Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or participating in any of our casino party events, rentals, or entertainment services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 
1. Entertainment Purposes Only
Las Vegas Games Inc. is not a licensed casino or gambling operation. All games, equipment, and services provided by Las Vegas Games Inc. are strictly for entertainment purposes only.

 

2. No real money, legal tender, or items of monetary value are ever accepted, wagered, or paid out.
Guests play with play money or chips provided by the Company for amusement only.
Our Services are intended for social and recreational use, not for gambling or gaming for profit.

 
3. Client Responsibility
By booking with Las Vegas Games Inc., you agree to: Ensure the event venue provides a safe and suitable space for setup and operation of our equipment.
Be responsible for guest behavior during the event.
Indemnify and hold Las Vegas Games Inc., its employees, and contractors harmless from any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the event.

4. Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

5. Equipment and Damages
All equipment provided (tables, chips, cards, décor, etc.) remains the property of Las Vegas Games Inc.
The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear) that occurs during the event.

 
6. Limitation of Liability
Las Vegas Games Inc. is not responsible for: Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our events.
Any misunderstanding or misrepresentation of our services as a real gambling activity.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific event in question.

 
7. Conduct
Las Vegas Games Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any event if guests behave in a disorderly, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, including but not limited to intoxication, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

 
8. Marketing and Photography
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your event, Las Vegas Games Inc. may take photographs or short videos of the event for promotional use (e.g., website, social media, or advertising). We will not disclose personal client information.

 
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within United States Michigan.

 
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in a Las Vegas Games Inc. event, you acknowledge that: You have read and understand these Terms of Service.
You agree to abide by them fully.
You understand that our services are for entertainment only and do not involve real gambling.
